Projects originate in-house. Concepts are developed, budgeted and scheduled before a single role is cast, so what a booking involves is known in advance — the rate, the call time, the location and how the images will be used.
KASREN is a production brand, not a modeling agency. There is no representation, no training program and no paid portfolio service — only casting for work KASREN is actually producing.

01 / Scope
Each production is planned first: concept, location, crew, shoot length and the roles that need to be cast.
02 / Cast
Roles are filled from the talent list by region, availability and project fit — never by follower count.
03 / Confirm
Rate, call time, location, wardrobe and image usage are put in writing before anyone accepts a booking.
04 / Produce
KASREN directs and shoots the work itself, and pays talent for the booked production.
